Baked Scallops

1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 cup dry white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 lb. Scallop (Bay Scallops)

Heat margarine, wine, lemon and thyme. Pour over rinsed Scallops. Marinate for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 5-6 minutes. Do not overcook.
