Baked Oysters

3 cups coarse cracker crumbs
3 dozen raw Oysters
1/4 cup Oyster liquid
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2/3 cup chopped parsley
2/3 cup chopped green onions
Tabasco sauce

Scald Oyster liquid, milk, margarine and salt and pepper. Put 1/3 of crumbs in greased casserole. Add 1/2 of Oysters. Dot each Oyster with Tabasco. Sprinkle with 1/2 parsley and green onions. Add 1/3 crumbs and repeat layers. Pour scalded milk mixture over Oyster-crumb mixture. Top with 1/3 crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F.
