Baked Scallops 1 1/2 lb. Scallops
Butter individual shells or ramekins. Cut Scallops into 1/2 inch slices. Melt 3 tablespoons of the margarine and mix in salt, pepper, garlic, onion, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir in Scallops, coating them well, then divide the mixture among the buttered Scallop shells. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F . Melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of margarine. Toss bread crumbs in it, and a scatter them on Scallops. Bake shells 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with paprika and serve. Can also be done in one casserole dish, but allow a little longer cooking time. |
