Baked Scallops "nardini"

1 1/2 lbs. Scallops
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Drizzle a little olive oil in the bottom of baking dish. Mix all ingredients together, place in pan. Place small pats of butter and margarine on top of Scallops. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking. Place sheet of foil loosely on top last 5-10 minutes of baking.

Serves 4.

NOTE: This recipe equally as good using Shrimp.
