Baked Scallops In Butter

1 lb. fresh Scallops, cut up
3 Tbsp. chopped scallions
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. pine nuts
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
12 Tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 500 F. Rinse and dry Scallops. Work butter until soft. Add onions and all other ingredients. Place Scallops in 6 to 8 small ovenproof dishes. Top with butter mixture. Place dishes on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
