5 Minute Oysters Gourmet Impromptu 1 stick butter Melt butter. Saute onions and parsley until limp. Add Oysters straight from the jar. If too watery, pour off some liquid. Add seasoning when Oysters curl slightly. Add bread crumbs. Lift with fork. Place in chafing dish for cocktails, lunch or dinner. Serves 6-8 for lunch, 12 for cocktails. Time 5 minutes. |
